My name is Leo Rosales, former member of the Latin Rock Group Malo. I have been playing music for 45 years. I'm versatile on numerous percussion instruments; drums, timbales, congas, bongo, and hand percussion instruments. My passion and strengths in music are Latin Rock, Latin Jazz, Rock, Funk, R&B, and Standards. I studied under the tutorship of Bob Frediani, Francisco Aquabella, Luis Casga, Carmello Garcia, Richard Kermode, and Tito Puente, just to name a few of the great musicians who significantly influenced my musical journey. In my musical career I've played at Carnegie Hall, American Band Stand with Dick Clark, Rolling On the River with Kenny Rogers, New York's Central Park, Hollywood Palladium, San Francisco's Winterland, Fillmore West, Family Dog, and many other venues.
